Installation method of faucet in Basin
Step 1: Take out the faucet of the basin, check whether all the fittings are complete. Before installation, it is necessary to remove the dirt around the installation hole and in the water supply pipeline to ensure that there is no impurity in the intake pipeline of the faucet of the basin. In order to protect the surface of the faucet from scratching, it is recommended to wear gloves for installation.
Step 2: Remove the rubber washer from the faucet of the basin. The washer is used to relieve the contact pressure between the metal surface of the faucet and the ceramic basin, protect the ceramic basin, then insert a water inlet pipe and tighten it.
Step 3: Put the threaded joint into the first water intake hose, and then the second water intake hose through the threaded joint.
Step 4: Turn the second hose into the inlet port, pay attention to the correct direction, balance the force, and then tighten the threaded joint.
Maintenance method for water leakage of faucet in face basin
1.There is no leakage at the outlet of the tap: this will happen when the axle gasket inside the tap is worn out.
Solution: According to the size of the faucet, select the corresponding pliers to open the faucet cover, and use the clamp to take out the worn shaft gasket, then replace the new auxiliary gasket to solve the problem.
2.Leakage occurs at the joint of the tap nozzle: check whether the nut at the lower nozzle is loose.
Solution: Tighten the nut or replace it with a new U-shaped gasket.
